Privacy Policy
Unbeaten is operated by Clean Sheet Labs LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and why. The short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and we never share it with gambling companies.
What we collect
- Early access sign-ups: your email address, when you signed up, the page or campaign that brought you, and your approximate country (from your connection).
- The 60-second betting check: it runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us.
- Site analytics: we use privacy-focused analytics that count page visits without cookies or cross-site tracking.
- The app, once available: account details, subscription status, and the information you enter, such as check-ins. Journal entries stay on your device unless you choose to back them up.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider or by Apple. We never see your full card number.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
How we use it
- To tell you when Unbeaten opens and, if you subscribe, to run your account and send service messages.
- To answer your questions.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people use the site so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run Unbeaten, such as hosting, email, and payment processors, and only for that purpose. We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never share your information with sportsbooks, prediction markets, casinos, or other gambling companies. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and account data for as long as your account is open, plus any period the law requires.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@getunbeaten.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as possible.
Age
Unbeaten is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and, where appropriate, email you.
