Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Unbeaten, including getunbeaten.com and the Unbeaten apps. Unbeaten is operated by Clean Sheet Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using Unbeaten you agree to these terms.

1. What Unbeaten is

Unbeaten is a self-help tool that helps you stop sports betting: progress tracking, urge tools, education, self-exclusion guides, and an AI coach. It is not medical, psychological, or financial treatment or advice, and it doesn't replace a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. For gambling support, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. A free trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
• Purchases on the web are processed by our payment provider. Purchases in the iPhone app are billed and managed by Apple under Apple's terms.
• You can cancel anytime. On the web, cancel from your account or email hello@getunbeaten.com. On iPhone, cancel in your Apple subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• If we change prices, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

5. The AI coach

Coach responses are generated by software. They can be wrong or incomplete, and they are not professional advice. Don't rely on Coach in an emergency.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Unbeaten: no attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer, or resell it, and no unlawful use.

7. Our content

Unbeaten, its design, text, and software belong to Clean Sheet Labs LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it while you follow these terms.

8. No guarantees

We work hard to help, but we can't promise any particular result. Unbeaten is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows.

9. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Clean Sheet Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including gambling losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll give notice on the site or by email before it takes effect.
