Refund Policy

Web purchases: 30-day money-back guarantee

If Unbeaten isn't helping, email hello@getunbeaten.com from the address you used to buy, within 30 days of your first payment. We'll refund that payment in full to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

iPhone app purchases

Purchases made in the iPhone app are billed by Apple, and Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Free trials

Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Renewals after the first 30 days aren't refunded, except where the law requires.
